Qualitative Marketing welcomes Rockwell Electronic Commerce as the newest member of ITAC's Blue Ribbon Panel in
recognition of their remote-agent strategy and product line. Other distinctive members include CISCO Systems, Inc.,

PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, and Symantec.

Roberta Moore, President of Qualitative Marketing serves as Chairperson of the Blue Ribbon Panel's Marketing
Committee. She and her team are developing recommended practices for teleworking, which will provide the widest impact
for human resources, information technology, home office environment/ergonomic furnishings, facilities, and enterprise-wide
practices and processes."

Heacock called for ITAC's Blue Ribbon Panel to bring business executives together from leading organizations. The
purpose of the panel is to develop positive "Standards for Telecommuting Excellence," which can be used as guidelines by
business and organizations to develop, implement and manage successfully comprehensive telecommuting programs. The
panel will examine and recommend new organizational and human resource concepts and leverage the advantages of
technology, codify minimum standards for high performance with environments and provide a platform for organizational
advantage and economic benefit.
